FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

We've gathered the 20 most common questions. Can't find your answer? Email us at angecia.dilu@gmail.com.

How long does a project take?

Between 4 and 14 weeks, depending on complexity. Corporate sites typically take 4–8 weeks; online stores 8–14. We share a definitive timeline after the discovery phase.

How much does a Daily More website cost?

Packages start at $2,950 + VAT (Daily More Start). Most corporate projects fall between $5,000 and $9,000, and e-commerce between $9,000 and $18,000. For custom projects we deliver tailored quotes.

Who owns the code and design?

The client. After full payment, all assets (source code, design files, content) become the client's exclusive property. We only reserve the right to feature the work in our portfolio (unless there's an NDA).

Do you work with clients outside Nigeria?

Yes. About 30% of our clients are international, mainly in Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, the United Kingdom and the United States. We work in English, pt-PT, pt-BR and French.

What technologies do you use?

We pick the stack per project. For corporate sites we often use Astro or Next.js with a headless CMS (Sanity, Strapi). For e-commerce, Shopify or WooCommerce. When the client needs full editorial autonomy, we build on modern WordPress.

Can I edit the site myself afterwards?

Yes. Pro and Commerce plans include a CMS so you can edit text, images, blog and products without depending on us. We deliver a recorded video tutorial and a live training session.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance?

Yes. We offer three Care plans (Light, Pro, Plus) starting at $79 + VAT / month. They include backups, security updates, monitoring and monthly hours for changes.

How is payment handled?

In three milestones: 40% on sign-off, 30% on design approval, 30% on launch. We accept bank transfer, card (via Stripe), Paystack/Flutterwave and issue compliant electronic invoices.

What if I cancel mid-project?

You can cancel any time. We invoice for work done up to the cancellation date, with a minimum equal to the milestone(s) already paid. We don't charge cancellation fees.

Do you guarantee top Google rankings?

No. Nobody can guarantee positions — Google changes its algorithms hundreds of times a year. What we guarantee is that the site is technically prepared for SEO (Core Web Vitals, schema, correct indexation) and that you receive a viable content plan.

What's included in the price?

Design, development, content (up to 1,500 words), 1 round of revision per deliverable, training, documentation and 14 days of post-launch warranty. Not included: hosting, domain, professional photography, long-form copywriting, translations and third-party software licences (we present transparent options).

Do you do white-label work for agencies?

Yes. About 20% of our work is white-label for partner communications agencies. We sign NDAs and can work under the agency's brand.

How do you protect my data?

We follow data protection regulations strictly. Credentials are stored in a password manager (1Password). Encrypted backups on European servers. We have an external DPO. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Will the site comply with applicable laws?

Yes. We implement: cookie notice (NDPR/RGPD/ePrivacy), privacy policy, terms of use, corporate identification in the footer, technical info for e-commerce and shipping integrations where applicable.

What makes Daily More different?

Three things: 1) the entire team is senior, no hidden juniors; 2) we work on fixed prices, with deadlines guaranteed by contract; 3) we hand over the code and remain partners, not gatekeepers.

Do you have a minimum project size?

Yes. We don't accept projects under $2,500 + VAT. Below that we recommend Webflow or Squarespace templates and offer a 2-hour consultancy to help you set up.

Do you accept cryptocurrency?

Occasionally yes, in USDC or ETH for international clients. Pricing is converted at the Coinbase exchange rate on the day the invoice is issued.

Do you work in person?

Kick-off and final presentation can be in-person in Amichi. The rest is remote and async — we've proved it's more productive.

Do you build mobile apps?

No. We specialise in web. For native apps we recommend trusted partners we've collaborated with.

What's your environmental footprint?

The sites we deliver are up to 60% lighter than the market average, which reduces emissions. We host on 100% renewable providers (Cloudflare, GreenGeeks, Fastly). We buy carbon credits via Stripe Climate equivalent to 1% of our annual revenue.
